Have you ever felt unclear and confused about what Intentions, Affirmations and Mantras are anyway. Why do some people swear by them when they talk about "Manifesting"? We'll discuss the differences between these three types of mind-set shift tools and how to use them most effectively. In conjunction, I'll take you through three other resources, feelings inventory, values list, and symbolic imagery, that will influence the strength of how well our words bare fruit in the end. In breakout exercises, you will create an intention, affirmation, and mantra with the objective to transmute your current obstacle into a passion project. This is very helpful for those who want to create a Vision Board, start a daily meditation practice, or develop a balanced, calm, & focused life toward what they want. This is foundational knowledge that will be needed to understand why your hard work is not working to manifest all that you wish in life. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us 24 hours in advance. Agreement Terms: The One-to-One Coaching Client agrees to cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance. The Coach reserves the right to bill the Client for a missed meeting. The Coach will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting. Workshop attendee agrees to cancel one week ahead to get full refund minus any credit card fees. If cancelled 3 days ahead, workshop attendee will receive a 50% refund minus any credit card fees.
