MY STORY
I want to share something close to my heart with all of you today. When I was just 12, I started my meditation journey by listening to my mom's meditation tapes and even trying out Shirley MacLaine's chakra video every morning.
💫 Throughout my teenage years, my mentor guided me in practicing rebirthing breath techniques and various yogic meditations during counseling.  In College I took Zen Meditation workshops.  At 23-28, I became a certified yoga instructor and fell in love with teaching meditation.
🌈 Despite losing myself for a while, meditation always remained a part of my life. It may not have been consistent or traditional, but looking back, I realize I was still practicing it in my everyday moments. Whether it was mindful walking, taking box breaths during stressful times, or simply tuning into my inner body and emotions.
